Doug E. Fresh is one of my main inspirations for Hip-Hop. Along with 2pac, DJ Jazzy Jeff, Grandmaster Flash and The Furious Five, Run-DMC, Beastie Boys, Biz Markie, Mos Def, Talib Kweli, and more. Gotta take inspiration from all aspects of hip-hop, MC's, DJ's, Beatboxers, Dance, Style, all of it. That even includes newer stuff if it's worth taking inspiration from.

I didn't just decide to pick this up again this showed up in my messages. I get it, but legend isn't how you describe him.
-
what's more funny is that this was 2 months ago, and for some reason, you decided to pick this thing back up again.
Doug E Fresh will not be forgotten in the Hip Hop community, and he ESPECIALLY won't be forgotten to Blake since he takes so much inspiration from him.
I think you really just don't get it.

If he is legendary to everyone except me than why don't people ever talk about him. I don't care about You Tube views. MJ was in the 70s and look at him on YT for the record. . If he were a legend, wouldn't more people know about him. As I recall legends are usually the people that are remembered for ever and ever. This guy doesn't fit that picture.
i dont like slideshows.... need the real thing
