Food and Hotel Thailand 2010

Food & Hotel Thailand welcomes a host of new activities, exhibitor groups and buyers as it years up for its ASEAN edition in 2011. New for 2011 will be the Coffee Culture exhibit, seminar & training programme, the Spa & Lifestyle pavilion and conference, the hotel interiors, tabletop and retail feature zones and the new international food & beverage pavilions from throughout Europe, North America and Asia. The ASEAN focus for 2011 welcomes the support and involvement of the ASEAN Hotel & Restaurant Association and the staging of ASEAN Bartender Finals for 2011. Returning again in 2011 will be the exclusive Thai Hotel Association Annual Congress, the FBAT Wine Challenge, the Restaurant Seminar, Housekeeper Competition, the Thai Chefs Competition and Hospitality & Retail Technology Asia, showcasing the total IT solutions for the regions fast expanding hotel, retail & restaurant sectors.

Coffee Culture comes to Bangkok. Food & Hotel Thailand 2011 is to host Thailand's first "Coffee Culture" event with a wide range & exhibits and activities to promote & develop Thailand's surging coffee culture. National competitions, training seminars and world class product and equipment will highlight Coffee Culture and attract Thailand's leading restaurants, hotels and cafes to Asia's 5 Star events. In 2010 FHT attract 26,037 trade visitors.

2011 welcomes the launch of the "Spa & Lifestyle" pavilion at Food & Hotel Thailand. The exhibition showcase will be supported by the Spa industry Conference, organized by the Thai Spa Association. Andrew Jacka, President of the Thai Spa Association explained that "the spa industry now stands shoulder to shoulder with other more traditional hospitality service offering" at Food & Hotel Thailand. "Spa & Lifestyle" will showcase the latest products and services for Thailand's including therapy treatments and fitness equipment.
