I have easycap 2.0 and after sifting through the fairly confusing setup instructions I have no picture or sound. I think something went wrong when I was installing the drivers and I don't know how to fix it. The company, Ulead, apparently does not offer technical support for this product anymore so i'm at a loss. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

@eddycatflap theyre mainly used to submit shit to machinima... 50,000 + or so views buddy, and if you cant pay that much it doesnt make it a waste of money or shitty...
