david was God's annointed yes? was someone not sent to tell him that he had done wrong? i'm no prophet, but just bc someone is telling you you are wrong does not mean you are being slain. (smh at your misuse of scripture)

but the response that i got from everyone who posted before you, was they had reached the pinnacle of drill bc they won a competition. how many teams out there wont compete, simply bc they know they will be judged by church affiliation rather than skill?

4rm plz understand my position here. it was not that this was a waste of time in any means. the comments were intended as a spotlight showing that there was room for improvement, but xman and the "drill" team chose to take these comments as insults.
it is true that the term drill team has been changed to mean "whatever we want it to mean at the time", but is it my place to say "the movements need to be sharper" when i am not the instructor? no. my point EXACTLY was this was a great BEGINNING

this was not the forum to nitpick with "what was so wrong". the only thing that started this was that people cannot take criticism over the term that they used. the term was drill team. and correct me if i am wrong, but did i not say it was a decent performance, and it was also made plain that this was a team only two months in existence? geez. this is what's wrong with us today. i am still waiting for you xman, this is a war you dont want to start. (u know what im talking about)

Who cares what church, MILLITARY or drill team you come from. What you see on this video is the beginning of something great. That maybe you should become apart of. Quoting scriptures in your favor doesn't fix it. Changing the life of other people, and bringing them closer to GOD is whats being done.

I have been reading the comments made by everyone from about 2 months ago. I am not pleased to hear how someone could fix there lips, mind, heart, and soul to criticize someone elses way of worship. Instead of doing something thats not your job, why don't you lend a helping hand to what you think is being done the wrong way.

Just a quick weight-in
We are so quick to say that we are Christians, which is of Christ but often criticize what others do for the Kingdom. Are you a Christian? Many people who claim to be point to some event in the past to substantiate their claim.

But inviting Jesus to come into your life in the past is not proof that you are genuinely saved. In 2 Corinthians 13:5 Paul says to the Corinthian church, Examine yourselves, whether you are in the faith; prove yourselves (emphasis added)." He wouldn't have said that if some event in the past were obviously the answer.

The Bible never verifies anyone's salvation by the past but by the present. If there is no evidence of salvation in your life now, you need to face the fact that you may not be a Christian. You need to examine yourself to see whether you are in the faith. How does one do that? Jesus shows us in the Sermon on the Mount (Matthew 5-7).
