@PukhtoMania I have not heard any song sung by her that was against Pakistan. The song 'ya sarbaza yara kheja pa morchal bandey' was a patriotic song and it is not that she was patriotic, she should be patriotic no matter, but she sang it as was asked by her producers. Any other singers would have been glad to sing it if they had the opportunity. It just happened that she died later and the song helped spread all kind of rumors. Women in this line of work are independent and she ran a foul.

And as u know Peshawar and actuele whole Pakistan was a base for the Mojahedeen and i think u also know that Mojahedeen dont belive in art and speciale not in female singers. Afghanistan was progresive at that time and that is why they moved to Afghanistan. Afghanistan gave her the opportunitie to sing and become an artist

Khan Abdul Gaffar Khan was also from the other side of the Durand line but he still wanted to be burried in Jalalabad on the Afghan side of the Durand. So its not strange for Pashtuns on the Pakistani side of the border to feel Afghan and not Pakistani
