Fool in the Rain

Every time it rains real heavy, my street floods out, and every time my street floods out, there's always at least one to a handful of idiots who think that they can get through the five feet of water. Occasionally, they'll try to drive across the yards to get through. Most of the time, they get stuck. As did this moron.
