Will the PC version work on a pentium 4 Windows XP Computer? What about

Windows 7? Only reason I ask is because Sonic R won't work on PCs with Pentium 4 or higher without some hex editing.

I actually hate the Saturn/PC Version. The music and sounds are too.. REAL...! (And overused!)

The graphics also aren't appropriate, to me, for a Sonic Game.
