Here is the second part of the CITV at Xmas '87 on the same morning of 23.12.87, with the end of Sooty and then on to Terzza and Shore at the CITV studio. With apologies for the abrupt ending of the recording!

The Sooty Xmas special was originally made in 1985 and originally transmitted on Thursday 26th Decemnber (Boxing Day) that year. Sooty and Matthew's guests were Richard Cadell, to whom Matthew Corbett would give the Sooty baton to following his illness in the late 1990s; and Bernie Clifton.

@AntarcticaTelevision I still love that Christmas song they sung in Sooty Christmas time is a time for some celebrations Santas in town wow that is a great song start at 0:00 I remember seeing that Sooty episode many years ago it was first shown in 1985 I think on Boxing Day then shown again during Christmas 1987 I love that song starting at 0:00 it is a great classic its also interesting to hear that song after a very very long time thank you very much love that song at 0:00 and at 1:25 1:26

@mistofoles Richard Cadell was the guy who later took over Sooty from Matthew in the late '90s.
