I don't think it Russel Maliphant dancing in this piece... It's his choreo Critical Mass, but he didn't perform there I think.

I'd say also that dancing and exploring moves in an "adult's" modern life isn't anoymore naturally happening, so it becomes a job...

Because it takes a lot of training and dedication for an adult to rediscover the natural flexibilty and ease of motion we tend to lose from the age of about 3 upwards.
