home grown lychee seeds.
i bought the fruit from the local no frills. I ate the fruit, kept the seeds in water and then planted them mid february 2010 and a month later i have my first growth.

How lovely!! I love lychee fruit and the longan too, I plant few and they did grow and are now in mexico at my mom's. There were some few seeds still in the soil and to my surprise they just pop out of the soil few weeks ago, and been there since last year season, woow! I also have like 5 longan baby trees. Good Job! really like your video, I Love to plant seeds too.

@AraMex13 Well I am glad you like the little green house i have going. I try to purchase interesting and more exotic fruits in the hopes of trying something new. I really enjoy finding little treasures in the fruit and trying to grow them... and for the most part, with a little research and luck i get things to grow.

iv got these in Ireland!! XD mines are about 5 inches tall now!!

i actually found the Lychee quiet hardy compared to mango's are things like that!!
