Does it really matter?... it's a decent video. And not EVERYTHING has to make sense. Some things are made for you to "think" or to have your own general idea.
This is what happens when no-brainers watch a video.

I don't think he killed her, i think she killed herself. He discovered her hanging and that made him sick. By the end of the film, he overcame his loss and cut her down. However, i have to admit, when I saw that it was titled HUNG and then showed a scene with a guy standing next to the toilet, I kinda thought it was gonna be about a guy with a huge d**k. I guess i should cut back on the porn!
