How to do it:

Sit with your back against the bed, then stand on you knees and lean backwards, remember to push you hips forwards and then keep working you backwards closer and closer to the floor -BUT start slowly. ^-^

  • no, actually it makes it wors in some cases. stretching can help, but you should find a professional, who will show you what to do. Remember, every kind of scoliosis is different, so you need a unique programme.

  • i can do that and i need to get my chin stand down in 3 weeks for my solo or i cant do a solo so i was wandering if theirs a a way for people who have a pretty flexible back already if any one could help i would really love it

  • yer forget that ,right fristly young lady ,your onyl doing the middle of your spine thats evry dangerous ,you need ot do the whole spine,in stages thats oen stage and you shouldn`t do that alone incase you injure yours self,its dangerous even if your a professional ,secondy when you strech backwards you have to balance the spine or exercsie and in your case strech forward,go to classes not you tube dear ,nice hair color
