Do you have a list of the parts you're using and also maybe a plumbing schematic? I've been thinking of building a system like this and yours looks like it works really well!
I'm gonna use it on a test engine in school to show the students the difference of water/meth, only water, and nothing, to make it easier for them to understand how much intake air temp matters to the engine.

The tip is drilled to a specific size in a mill, and then threaded into the main body. There's also an internal filter.
