did so far, he called this morning. i love him so much! she paged him and he called in between patients in the OR and called in some meds for me.

omg the smell almost knocks me out and the taste is even worse LOL i am feeling better today but all i have done is water today, going to try a protein shake in a while and see how that goes. dr shin called this morning and said liquids for 2 days then try mushy again, may have just had my stomach irritated by something. also called me in some more pain meds and the pain is coming from the hernia repairs he did when he did the bypass so thats a good thing i guess, not so worried now LOL

you did awsome on your weight loss, you are so strong you haven't cheated and that is great. I hope you feel better and I have not lost any weight but I did do my 30 minute walk this morning. Get well and God bless

aww thanks i am feeling much better today, no vomiting but then again just did the water and I DID get down 2 protein shakes and one nasty protein vial LOL. it is soooo cold here to do anything but we picked up our weiderpro 4250 tonight and that thing is majorly heavy and HUGE lol should work well after joe sets it up when he gets home the end of next month! cant wait to start using that and my eliptical again, but that kills me LOL talk to u soon and merry xmas!!!
