PicoDrive: Sega CD on the PSP

The emulator plays Sega CD games of all regions as well as Sega Genesis/Megadrive games as well.
To play Sega Cd games, you have to download the US, JP and EU bios files, which you'll have to look for on your own.

Oh....before anyone tries to sue my ass off.....I didn't UPLOAD the BIOS files. I just gave ya'll the link (as I found it earlier). Not my responsibility what you do with it-OR if you even have a "right to have it". I suppose if you have a Sega CD system (I have the MK2 version) then you okay.
