i dont know what kind of flat iron they were using but mine does NOT leave my hair with creases or burn it. I would prefer my flat iron any day. (i have the instyler)

I have it and I am African American with some spanish with me my hair is really curly! and I have the instyler it is very good! if it sucks for you its because you may not be using it right and if thats the promble ask your local Salon for tips on how to use it and they will show you and your mind will change. DEAL WITH THE SOUND. Pretty hair is worth listening to that sound.

its obvious they burned their hair on purpose and the instyler sucks the people using the are pros who know how to use it and the people straighting their hair only do that one strand
