what makes this line even more chilling is that in the actual events the girl died and he literally killed everyone involved and their families. so just how "professional" do you organized crime idiots think you are?

Such a great line, delivered impeccably.
Volume is low because its a quiet, dramatic scene. Leaves plenty of room for the loud explosive scenes. Good movies don't compress the sound to all be the same volume, otherwise it loses a lot of the emotion and intensity.
