Nokia N-Gage Collection of games for the phone system

We've recently got a couple Nokia N-Gage items into our store. It's not only a video game system, but it is also a phone! The N-Gage was a massive commercial failure. Why? Well, to change games you had to open the shell and then remove the battery. Can you say poor design?
