Why does everything Obama does have to happen now, this session, imediately, before it's to late? Every gun law in America is unconstitutional. If we don't stand up for ourselves we will end up a socialist nation. Constitution or not, the only rights anyone has are the ones we're willing to fight for.

Congress isn't allowed to do this. It's unconstitutional. The only reason congress wants gun control is because our guns are the only real threat to their socialist agenda. The 2nd Amendment isn't there so we can hunt & shoot burglers, it's there so we can over throw a corrupt government like the one we have now. Find true constitutionalists to vote for in every election from state represntative to president so we can fix things before it comes to that. We're running out of time.
