I bet this is good but not better than Feldenkrais which teaches you that there is no set way to sit, stand, etc. but rather you find out what works for you.
I'll stick with Feldenkrais. :)

Mr. Baron is clear in his explanation of a topic that is challenging to speak about, well done! I have found great personal benefit from the Alexander Technique, and recommend it to others very highly.

A.T. is only hands-on. There is no way to truly explain it in a traditional sense. Via touch is the only way that the information is passed from teacher to student. Sign up for a group lesson with a few others for a taste, and you will certainly 'feel' the difference. I've tried lots of garbage, but A.T. is no bilk.
