PERSONAL TRANING: MICHELLE BRIDGES - GET INTO SHAPE. great cardio combined with strength traning. i hate this work out but thats y i love to do it because i feel sore the next morning and i kno im going to get results. this is just one of the workouts i do along with yourshape boxing, zumba, and sometimes dance central.
