You know...I never hear people making this complaint, "What kind of loving God would send me to heaven?"

Beloved, God, in a sense, doesn't "send" people to hell or heaven. You choose to go to either place.

Both are avoidable. You have to decide where you want to go. God has a provided a way to escape hell. If you choose it anyway, that is your fault and is no indictment on his love for you. It only reveals your foolishness.

Indeed. But remember that Jesus said because we're not of this world, the world hates us and is going to persecute us. And Jesus also said if people persecute us because of our faith in Jesus, we are blessed.
