the problem is how dangerous can be for a teenager to get this kind of alcohol. I don't think is wrong to sell this beverage, you just have to be careful when you drink it. I mean, you should know your body and if you just can't take it then don't drink it. Unfortunately, there's too many stupid kids around who may drink too many bottles and even die from it. So yea, i don't think the government will keep banning this drink in most of the states.

@schuylerwatson ur missing the point here. you don't drink a bottle of wine as fast as an energy drink. People tend to drink faster if the drink is sweet too. Yes, you can say vodka with juice is sweet and women like it. But it does not have caffeine. the simple fact that this drink is very accessible is what concerns the government. It is not the same make the drink by yourself than buying a 6 pack from four loko.

and secondly.. you claim it's dangerous? a car or a kitchen knife is dangerous, if you should choose to run someone over or stab someone... but people don't do that because they are not stupid. If you are stupid and do run someone over, we don't take cars away from everyone, we take that person away from a car. If people drink too much of this and die, well that's natural selection for you

i have never tasted four loko... i want to have it but they dont have it in my contry.. but why tha f*** shoud it be so dangeres? i drink 60% and i can handle it.. and i know how to drink... stupid kids ho cant drink alcohol xD

@schuylerwatson Why do you think government doesn't allow people under 21 to drink? Do you think government is stupid by doing it or people under 21? Get some sense please, if you watch some documentals, you'll know many of these kids drink so much in their apartments so they can go drunk to the streets during the night. They are kids, they are stupid, and they really don't know what they are doing because they are not mature enough to think about the consequences.

@schuylerwatson yea, and the fda has been trying to ban energy drinks for a while. I don't know too many teenagers who drink wine either. People don't drink responsible, and we know many teenagers get alcohol some way.
