Nice video, but what it doesn't show is many of the inane laws that are costly and don't do a darn thing for the bay. Do we need a clean bay, yes. Our the current efforts cost effective, No. If you don't live near the water you cannot know what it is like to live w many of these ridiculous rules. I won't dispute the importance, just the methods. Based on what I have seen, I don't think it would be unreasonable to expect the same results for 1/2 the money.
