  • @knowerofall1 In the last 2 years, Ian Bell has a better batting average than any other batsman in world cricket. Better than Tendulkar, Sangakkara, Kallis, A B de Villiers, Chanderpaul, Laxman etc........ He's also made more runs than any other batsman besides Tendulkar and Cook, and more hundreds than anyone besides Kallis and Cook. Ian Bell is without doubt one of the greatest players currently playing the game. You have no idea what you're taling about.

  • Okay, I will give you a freebie. Your toes point toward the target for a cover drive. But they actually straighten only slightly for an off drive. And then stay in that position for an on drive. This allows the batsman to keep balance far better and wont fall over like Bell does -both against descent bowling and even in this video. If played properly the batsman's feet will not move at all after impact. Anyone coaching this crap above is coaching from a 1970's coaching manual.

  • @knowerofall1 how bout u make a video then and teach people how to coach

  • @Sai121anir what was the point of writing it in a different language if you translated every word, making it longer than if you had just wrote it in english in the first place

  • @knowerofall 1 when playing that shot, you want your toes to face the target to allow all of your body weight to transfer into that direction. It is the same with the straight and on drive... you want your toes to face the mid-off/cover area to remain balanced, it is with these shots that you shouldn't step to the target, or you risk falling over.

Honestly, when playing an off-drive, where do you propose his toe faces?

  • @knowerofall1 how would you then coach it?

  • One more thing Mr. Bell try not to drag your back leg while playing reason...If you miss the ball either you could be stumped out..Unless you're playing against pakistan & kamran akmal is wicket keeper...peace

  • He makes it look so easy
