Many Thanks for your reply, which explains a lot. Does this also apply to the use of music in videos? Some people seem to get away with it and some don't.

I used to put music on some videos, but most of them get 'flagged' and you lose ownership of the videos to whoever owns the copyright of the music. It doesn't really matter to the average user, but it does mean that you can't have sponsored ads on the videos that get flagged for copyright. Hence I don't use music anymore!

Not Bad for an IPhone I have seen worse from camcorders on YouTube. The sound was very good also something I have seen far worse from camcorders. Top marks for making the best out of the iPhone. Also top marks for uploading more than 10 minutes? One second over ten minutes and YouTube chucks my videos out? So who did you bribe?

Thanks for the comments, no bribery...I was invited to become a YouTube partner due to the high number of original vids I have uploaded, a benefit of being a partner is no restriction on video length. Check out my channel, you'll see how it's branded - another partner benefit.
