The movie is edited for time but catches all the main parts of the landing approach. The music was chosen because of the light hearted banter between Conrad and Bean and maybe a little taste of the flavor of the HBO min-series From the Earth to the Moon.

Entering V37E12E on the computer to start P12. You are now t-minus 1 minute and counting.

Press PRO.The desired downrange velocities are shown.

Make sure PGNS switch is in Auto and then press PRO. A "203" appears.

Press PRO again and back to the countdown.

At t-minus 5 seconds the screen will blank and a flashing 99 is displayed.

Now quickly hit PRO and the countdown sequence is again visible. At t-minus 0 ignition occurs and the ascent stage takes off.

Conrad sure did an accurate touchdown. They didn't have to walk far to the Surveyor! :D
