I have type 1 diabetes and although its incurable, at least I know I can avoid the chances of getting complications from this disease. I ordered this DVD and God willing I get my A1C count down to normal and reduce the need for insulin as much as possible. I REALLY want get my health as normal as possible.

Type 2 Diabetes is usually caused by poor lifestyle and can be reversed by fixing this. Doctors have been telling people this for decades. Type 1 diabetic is not caused by lifestyle and cannot be cured. This video mixes up the two diseases to make it sound like they're doing something doctors say is impossible, and make a number of other mistakes.

I love 2:08 where the guy thinks Insulin Shock is caused by reducing insulin.

A meat, dairy and egg diet has 5 times as much protein as you need. That excess protein generates toxins which cause cancer. Vegetables have all the protein you need.

The insulin requirements of the type 1 diabetics were reduced, but they were not cured. As any doctor will tell you a type 1 diabetic must take more insulin when they consume more calories, so a low calorie diet reduces insulin requirements. Furthermore type 1 and 2 diabetes are not mutually exclusive. Exercise can reduce insulin resistance in a type 1 diabeties, but this does not change the fact that the pancreas still produces no insulin so injections are required.

2 schools of thought on the matter of carbohydrates: some doctors say that diabetics should have very few carbs ( like fruits- apples and oranges) in their diet, while others say that at least 1/2 of the diet should be carbs.
