@bayislove ok so let me get this straight you want the actors to act base on what nationality they are? because you said they aren't accurately portrayed in this show. Honestly who cares? they are doing a very good job at it. I personally though the actresses that play Papi and Carmen were from Hispanic decent until I saw their real names and bio from wikipedia. I don't understand why some of you take it so seriously.

yes of course i care how my race is portrayed and a fully understand your point. And i agree that races should not be stereotyped or anybody. what i ment was thats its for entertainment and to me they just wanted to put different types of people in the show to mix it up a bit. I think pam griers intelligance is irrelivant, its a challenge for actors to play different parts its fun to play somebody totally different to your self
