  • in ROM with straps, come on now, tell me you can do at least 600 with no straps and from the ground

  • @tippmann98ACTEclark I am a bodybuilder, not a powerlifter. I do deadlifts, you can search those videos on youtube as well. I work grip on its own. When deadlifting, I am concerned with one thing, working my back and supporting muscles.

  • @Scivation you realized that with full ROM you work your back and supporting muscles way more right?....

  • @mvax I don't even do rack lockouts anymore. These helped me get past my stick point. I only do full deadlifts now, simply search Scivation on youtube and you will see.

  • Versa Gripps are amazing

  • Those who are questioning his motives also question why their boyfriends left them and why they can't get over their deadlift plateaus.

  • @tippmann98ACTEclark drinking that sour crapple hatorade for your dietary supplemental needs son?

  • @rejman Hence calling them "rack lockouts" and not simply deadlifts. This is indeed a movement targeting the back with little leg involvement.

  • Hahahaha what are you doing?! 3 inch movement riiiiighhtt....

  • Above the knee rack pulls ???

  • @mvax Lol you're trying to criticize a great body builder like he DOESN'T know what a deadlift does.

  • you make that look heavy jeez.....keep trying

  • i love the people saying are straps reallly that necessary? oh come on... im pretty sure theyve never gotten past five plate on a rack pull

  • @curtissparker well if he can't hold it up, you don't want to quit because of grip

  • Not bad =/

Straps really that necessary for a racked dead lift??
