ARISS school contact between Frank De Winne (OR4ISS) and Ugo Guidi, Forte dei Marmi, Lucca, Italy (IQ5VR) at 19:35 UTC July 23 2009.

The Video shows the ISS side of the conversation (QSO) received signal from OR4ISS during the ARISS school contact. During the pass a 5/9+60dB signal was received from the Space Station, at the Earth Station of Ham Radio Operator 2E0HTS in Yorkshire N.England.

Equipment used:

RX/TX - Yaesu FT-847 Earth Station.

Antenna - IOIo 145/435-437 MHz Home made Satellite beam (Fixed at 30 deg Elevation), Yaesu - G-250 Rotator.

     I made it, (I am a qualified Engineer/College Lecture in welding and fabrication). It even rotates hi hi, can make some more if you like to get one.
