US Protests 'harassment' by Chinese Vessels

The Obama administration vowed Monday to keep up military surveillance in waters off China and protested to China about what it called harassment of an American ship doing that work last week. (March 9)

China does nto need to follow international accords regaurding international waters for that part of the ocean once was traditional chinease homelands, so they rightfuly claim it in the name of China just like Tibet. .

@powerofthroughts Ohh, so now you suddenly shift the discussion from conventional war to nuclear war. Earlier that was not part of the discussion as you talked about economy, etc. You know what MAD means? -> Mutual Assured Destruction. The MAD- factor is not as valid between the US and China as between the US and Russia, because the US have more effective delivery opportunities than China and have systems to stop a number of incoming missiles. @powerofthroughts You are very wrong. Millitary analysts say China will need decades before they reach the same strenght as the US. So dream on. China dont even have Blue Water capasity. And Russia? Where is their navy?? Its almost gone. They are currently buying wessels from France to get some cover. Their largest combat ship is followed by a tow boat just in case they lose the engine. And their fleet in air is also lacking capasity. All they have is nuclears and ground forces.

@powerofthroughts The US was not prepared to fight China when they suddenly came into the war. The US was pushed south, but after regrouping the US pushed both NK and China all the way to the lines we have today. So China destroyed nobody. You are so full of yourself. You cant find any objective millitary analysts saying China is stronger than the US. But keep living in your fantasy world. And Russia is directly weak- they "only" have nukes.

@powerofthroughts Hehe, you really think China is stronger than the US millitary? You really need to check out the facts. The debt is as much Chinas problem as the US problem. And they know it. The chinese are furious over FED printing money now because the lose billions, but there is nothing they can do.

The US dont care about Taliban- dont you get it? They want troops in the country. I`m not from the US. What do you think my name indicates........?
