Understand the difference between agreement and acceptance.

You can't change how you feel about something until you let it be. If you don't let opposing energies be, you end up uncomfortable with life possibly to the point where you HATE a good chunk of what is happening around you.

( REMEMBER NOTHING REALLY MATTERS )

Don't feel polarized by those opposing energies. Accept them. Their position within the spectrum of ALL ENERGY does not change the fact that you are both made of the same energy. Disagreeing viewpoints enter your reality in order to balance the energy you put out. THERE MUST BE BALANCE! So, let it be.

Everything is going to be okay. Let people be who they are. Worry about yourself and how YOU think about yourself... not how others think of you.

It would best serve you ( ONE ) not to forget this. But if you do, you will be put in your rightful place (equality) again sooner or later. Like it was said in the video, it is up to you when you will choose to learn from the experience of coming face to face with that which you hate. You will continue to experience it until you hate no more, and accept all. You can do that RIGHT NOW! There does not need to be a process.

ONE is always ready to accept you, but you must be willing to accept ONE first.
