Be careful... If you watch this video, you may be a right wing extremist. This is a longer video on the topic of a Department of Homeland Security memo that has been recently circulated to state and local agencies in regards to potential right wing extremists. According to the memo, they may be categorized as individuals or groups who question the legitimacy of the current economic crisis, increased troop deployment in the middle east, gun rights, war veterans who may question the war, etc.

Not a problem. I have a younger brother who is Army Infantry. He will be shipping off to Afghanistan in two months. So I take this DHS report as a personal insult that my brother, who is a great kid, would be labeled into the category of extremist when he could potentially be making the ultimate sacrafice on behalf of a government that doesn't see him so much as an asset as it does a potential threat. You know what? Even though we disagree on the GIVE act, we probably disagree on the philosophy behind the Tea Parties, I am with you on this one! I read the documents and it is outrageous and there should be congressional hearings on this and more exposure. Have you heard of the Cybersecurity Act of 2009? It's also bad.

You're right. We definitely disagree on the GIVE act. Tea Parties? Well maybe you're right there too. This DHS memo is something that goes beyond most American political ideologies and really strikes a chord on what exactly the role of DHS actually is. I think the Bush administration created a monster with this new agency. What are their powers and limitations? This needs to be investigated and reported on beyond the printed press. But I don't have much faith in a congressional inquiry.

michael savage and thomas more law center are suing, the report says "fears of communism" etc..it's meant to intimidate people, divide and conquer, it's ridiculous they use the new world order term all the time, it's a political idea for peaceful power balance, globalization, except it's allready been here for years, it was first used in like 1921, read the info on wikipedia, but it's scary if you listen to alex jones whose a nut, but then again, the earth summit stuff was nuts

I agree with you as far as how the New World Order is presented on the surface. But I also believe that the power players are manipulating the current global financial mess in order to bring it to fruition. I don't think the overall intention is to create global peace. I think it's intention is to decide how a small group of elites can carve up the globe for themselves. Also I think Alex Jones believes what he's saying but his intentions are self serving. Getting rich by exploiting peoples fears

This is why our States have National Guard whose officers were appointed by them. So that they can resist Federal tyranny and protect rights. It's also why the nature of the National Guard(militia) is civilian so that they would retain the independent mind necessary for the preservation of our liberty. States were intended to protect their peoples liberties in what was originally protecting their own liberty.

We need to get our State governments actively committed to protecting their rights.
