@mrpukh yes, it does. Refined sugar does not, but brown sugar and molasses contain: phosphorus, calcium, and potassium, for example.

For 5 $ i can get 200g chicken breast,500g Curd,5 eggs ,400g Yoghurt,50g Peanuts.
Thats 146g of protein.
Your food in the video has less than 5g protein and a lot of saturated fats and carbs.

Wow there is almost nothing in the way of nutrition. Look-up the AMOUNT of minerals that are in brown sugar. There is VERY LITTLE different between white sugar and brown. She didn't even keep the skin on the potatoes, which DOES have minerals, not does she say what kind of oil. It will fill up and out.

@mrpukh ...I wasn't correcting her grammar, I'm from Germany (I have lived in the States for a year now), I'm no good at understanding English, let alone grammar (English is a very hard language). But I DO try my best. I do know that correcting grammar is not my place.
I was trying to agree with you that the minerals in brown sugar aren't significant enough that she should point that out. But trying to disagree with you because there ARE minerals in everything. Are you happy?
it's a nice idea but did you rip off this idea from Clara?
