Sootch, Are you going to use these only for target training, or for combat simulations as well?

Another benefit of using airsoft gun training is that it gives you an opportunity to actually get into a gunfight without being hurt. It gives you an opportunity to test your home defense tactics in a more practical manner, and to really get a feel of their effectiveness.

@IamaRifle Well obviously a lot of people care, because the state is taking away something that they love to do, which although may not be important to you, may be important to them. Instead of ragging on someone for opposing a law that their retard state is trying to pass, why dont you rag on the retard state for wasting their time with banning "plastic guns" when they have the one of the shittiest economies in the US to worry about. I personally am doing what i can to help repeal the gun laws.

@KalConduitman Lmao. An airsoft gun shoots plastic pellets, putting any kind of metal pellet in them will wear them out very fast and more than likely break the internals. Being shot in the face with a plastic pellet, from a gas blow back airsoft pistol can break teeth (Ive had mine broken) and can cut thin skin (Had my lip cut open when shot from close range)

An airsoft gun might be good for intimidation but it wont really do much damage unless you are shooting them in the eyes or mouth.

Its would have rapid fire but if I used metal bbs and shot them in the face do you think it would work?

@sootch00 Sootch00, since the KWA model you have has the NS2 gas system integrated into the pistol you don't have to worry much about the cold weather issue. In fact, that NS2 system is the best gas system as of right now (Theres something else called the System 7 gas system but I think they are the same)

find me an airsoft gbb pistol that models a Glock 19. Share the website that sells it! - I don't think there are any.. i heard that Glock put some legal issues in the way of two of the makers and importing them into the US has had issues, so basically "no one" is selling them any more. :-(

hey don. so much love the idea of the airsoft pistol training for self defense. i do the same for my IPSC shooting too. without that, i wouldnt be as fast in mag change and muzzle control as i am today. also, its so much cheaper that way! god bless you...

Thanks Sootch, I took your advice and bought an Airsoft 1911 replica. I have been too I'll to go out much for the last five years so sold all my guns. This Airsoft is great as I can shoot targets from my wheelchair inside my garage, having loads of fun teaching my teenage daughter gun safety. Thanks again for the recommendation.

@MrTanker45 I think that instead of playing defensive, he needs to try and go on the offensive. The defensive mindset is what allows those states to take away their practical weapons and never stop going down the line. He needs to get involved and help pass some comprehensive gun laws and if those issues are raised, then who cares about taking away plastic guns.

@IamaRifle I agree and disagree. any constitutional right is more important than a hobby, regardless of what it is, however i think it is important that the law does not pass because it will just be a gateway for more dumbass laws, and we in California have plenty of them. By the way he is right, you dont need to be rude to him at all, and I think whatever sootch wants to spend his "valuable time" on is up to him.
