kick ass job on this. it sounds awsome. how long have you been playing guitar and how long did it take you to learn this song?

Been playing for about 6 years. Not sure how long it took. Maybe 10 minutes to learn the guitar and then we practiced a bunch of times. It seems more complicated than it is.

Thanks for the comment. No, I learned it by ear. The main chords are as follows:

Em, Em/G, A, C, which repeats and then goes to: B, B/C, B, G(single note), F#(single note) and then back to regular riff. The chorus is: Em, G, A, B. Hope that helps!

I hate how this song is only on Matt costas 2005 version of Songs We Sing, but not on the 2006 cd, i don't understand why... plus whiskey and wine is only on his 2005 version cd. i wanted to buy his 2005 version on ebay but there like $50 each which isn't worth it
