Ovi Store is Nokia's online content shop, which allows downloads of commercial and freeware apps, games, videos and other content direct to most Nokia phones and smartphones.

This video shows how to install the Ovi Store application onto the Nokia 5800 XpressMusic smartphone. Also, as an alternative, it shows how to access Ovi Store through a mobile website.

For the latest unofficial news, reviews and previews of Ovi Store games, go to www.ovigaming.com or www.ovigaming.mobi

The music track in the video is "Tranquilizer Jam" by Zeropage used under the Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 licence. For more tracks by Zeropage and other CC artists, go to www.jamendo.com

  • Thanks for your comment. I tried to buy again the same app (pocket Piano), and fine.

Is true, your downlads is in your staff..... only if you downlad a least one time, but if the download fail, not.

I'm going to try contact OVI. Thanks again.

  • Neocroma, Nokia have updated the way transfers work. You should now be able to transfer and reinstall all your purchases.

  • Neocroma, I've bought about 50 apps doing these videos and can say that's not quite the whole truth. Some apps transfer fine, some don't, but all of them show up on your "my stuff" section. Obviously there's some kind of problem with the transfer but all your purchases are registered.

If you have a problem with transfers contact Nokia's customer support, and if they refuse to help then contact your local consumer standards agency.

  • WARNING: OVI didn't remember apps you buy. You must buy apps each time.

    Prehistoric?
