Nerve Flossing is an excellent exercise for those suffering from Sciatica.

Start with 10 repetitions, gradually increase the stretch on the neck and the leg, don't force the motion, it will gradually increase with each repetition.

If the nerve flossing increases your sciatica, then stop the exercise immediately and see you health professional.
