review of the clone md80 mini dv camera. got it from ebay for around $20 shipped.Tested no bike and kayak. Imho for a mini cam under $50 well worth it. If you have to pay more I would not bother. Mine came with a few mounting accessories, no micro sd card and no box. Maybe thats why it was cheaper than the ones I saw costing up to $175. At any rate for what it is its not bad. I know some of the other ones Ive seen have some company markings on the camera itself. Ive used this in one of my radio control videos. If you would like to see how it worked in that application please check it on my honcho rtr video.

No , its the original MD-80

afaik, these are produced in china, its a big camera manufacturer who also has full hd camcorders for under 100$.

Some local retailers in the US imports these and sells in the US for 150$, i pm'ed one of them and he replied cheap ones are duplicate ones, when i checked his store all his items were from china selling for higher prices.

So i believe there are no clones for this device.
