Beautiful interpretation of this rather difficult serial work. It is full of musical references to Sacher: the 6 notes from the opening, the Morse code 'col legno', the serial progressions.

Why is all contemporary french music so boring? Is it because this man (Boulez) has had so much power and put his conservative neo-classisist grip on everything the last years? What happened to revolutionary France?!

I don't think this piece is boring. You seem to be very upset by Boulez. Anyway there are so many composers in France and elsewhere that creation is still living here and there. Just listen to your time beyond the common ideas.
