I was looking for this music because it was used for the opening scenes in the movie, The Thin Red Line. What an absolutely beautiful piece of music and this version is so much better than the other ones I have come across on YT. Thanks very much for posting this.
As well as the heavenly music, isn't it wonderful to hear Japanese voices singing so delicately and with the right pronunciation. A lesson for some of even the best English choirs.
