Zelda Timeline

README: An 'official' timeline has JUST been released by Nintendo. It has yet to be confirmed if the details are officially accepted by them as full on canon for the series, but as far as anyone can tell they were behind the release. I will be making a video of that soon.

Took me a LONG time to get all this information together to be able to make this.

Readme: A big unmentioned reason for me to put the Minish Cap where it is, is because otherwise it could literally be put anywhere in the timeline. If you take away the value of the game introducing the tunic to the series as is the fact that there is no triforce/master sword. Then the game could literally take place anywhere before four swords. So the only logical place with the facts that i have at my disposal is as the first game. It wouldn't work as the second game as if its not the first, then it could be at anyplace.

Also Hyrule existed BEFORE Skyward sword. It was simply destroyed in the game because of the war. The time when Hyrule was created and in between the time when Skyward sword started is big.

Oh dear.

I have just realized something: There is a flaw at 6:55. The happy mask salesman doesn't die in the adult timeline in OoT. Proof: He is alive in the ending scene party (which takes place with adult since Malon is grown up there). watch?v=ge8zd1ZR-hc

@kollegahsterin yea i know, that was a big slap to my face when I saw it after making the video. It really doesnt matter though, Nintendo decided to release their own timeline now. I made a video about it.

i just want to point out that i belive skyward sword and ocarina of time and majoras mask are a trilogy themselves because zelda(or sheik) playes the harp in SS and OOt

@OkayImWill well. according to Nintendo and their newly released timeline, the Minish cap comes after SS. which means that for everything to make sense, there must be a REALLY REALLY long time between SS and OoT.

Minish cap is not neccisaraly the first game 1 the tri force did exist because when the goddesses created the world they left the tri force 2 they didn't mention the master sword because he did not need it

you mentioned that in the child timeline ganon never got hold of the triforce because the doors of the temple of time were never opened. in twilight proncess, however, he is seen with the triforce of power. how did he obtain it?

@BeyBlade1999 well if minish cap is first then comes the other foursword games right because minish cap tells of a hero who brought a legendary sword and defeated the evil on the land then vatti breaks the sword and link has to get the four elements wouldn't that be in front of skyward sword.

@Triforceslash999 If you played Skyward Sword, you would know that Some-people still lived on the Surface. I thought of this, What if Minish Cap is before the people where Sent to the Sky-loft. There is perfect Proof.
