This is a sound demo of my new KRK Rokit 6 powered monitors. They were £320 off amazon. co.uk. They produce some really good quality and accurate tones.
Obviously evern with a quality mic such as this, it cannot accurately replicate what I hear, hence why there is some slight crackling every now and then. But when there's not, yes this really is the sound of my monitors-you couldn't tell could you?!?!

Sounds great mate! Don't listen to that dude saying you shouldn't record with a mic from the speakers. Honestly, I still get the impression from the sound quality and it sounds great.

@TylerVanderkooy if by style you mean genre, the first is by guthrie govan, i couldn't really put a genre on it. the 2nd is poets of the fall which falls into the alternative rock genre.
