Filipinos are mostly a mixture. You could hardly find a Filipino who is purely Filipino. They are mostly Malaysian, Chinese, American, British and Spanish. Even I am a one-fourth Spanish. So if you, other nationalities are saying that Pinoys are ugly, watch out, you might be referring to your own skin too. LOL.

Some Filipinos are ugly and some are not, same goes for all races. But I don't think anyone is ugly because it's people's opinions on how they view people. Some people might think she's pretty some might not...remember "beauty is in the eye of the beholder". So I don't see the whole point of this video.
