SPACE CRUISER ( IVAN SAFRIN, STEPHIN MERRITT & GREG FOX IN COLLABORATION WITH BABYCASTLES)
Ivan Safrin and Babycastles unveil the first ever co-operative SPACE GAME made for the Hayden Planetarium Dome of the Museum of Natural History. This game transforms the theater into a living, breathing, space ship where participants navigate around a beautiful fictitious universe. For the one time event, Greg Fox will play a live sound track and Stephin Merritt will be the recorded voice of the on board computer system.
All space ship modules have been hand made by Mike Anderson.
Musical Performance by "One Ring Zero"
Babycastles will also be running a curation of games throughout the night, outside of the dome.

The graphics in the asteroid segment remind me pretty strongly of a physics-heavy space combat sim a friend made as a game design class project at Georgia Tech.
