    In the NBA you are allowed one step before the ball has to hit the ground, it was close to him not even taking his first step because he planted and then began to move his foot, the ball is on the way down before he picks up his foot. All of this is irrelevant because of the 1 step rule, which is NOT the case in FIBA rules.
