@mroracal It's okay to be cautious when children are involved, but as to avoid gender stereotyping and race stereotyping, it's only right to ask nicely what the man & your child is speaking about instead of jumping to such conclusions & hissing at the guy in question. By simply taking in the situation, it's apparent that he's trying to hand back or return her balloon. An adult with a right frame of mind & the right amount of caution would see that & handle the situation the rational way.
