I love Jeff's sound, but he plays a lot like Scott Henderson. Scott is a master,f..n genius and truly progressive in terms of harmony. And what about Allan Holdsworth?
However I must admit that Jeff may not be as harmonically progressive, but he do knows how to squeeze that fat sound and makes it real groovy. His playing is all about guts. Definitely one of the top 5 for me, worldwide. peace
