@Fiskepudding127 i know more stuff similar to older no-man's songs. where it was still dream pop. the newer stuff... ryan farish is the only one who comes to mind.

maybe "dnb" is a little over the top but still there are always those rather fast and to my ears harsh drum loops in the background that i don't appreciate.

at least not usually. one guy who IMO does that kind of upbeat ambient (i really don't know much about genres) very well is ryan farish. e.g.: /watch?v=9tGQLA3s6-c

@5up3rAIN002 Hmm. I guess you could say that it's dream pop with jazz flavours or something like that. Definitely similar to the whole dream pop/trip hop/shoegaze-cadoodle. I don't know anything that's like this but check out no-man, my fav dream pop/trip hop band. Here are some chill songs :)
